Isaac Kierstead.

My name is Isaac Kierstead and I am a graphic designer from Columbia, Tennessee.
Creativity is always about taking a leap. Making a decision. Putting yourself out there. I adopted the name One Big Leap because each design is doing something new and exploring new possibilities. It is also a leap of faith, putting your trust that God will take what you have designed and use it to make His name known! My passion is to create content that points people of all ages to the gospel!

2014-2017
Lifeway Centrikid Camps
Graphic Designer and Camp Director
I designed print materials, shirts, and web -based icons and images. I also worked with Priscilla Shirer’s team to create and write a camp-specific devotional for kids. During the summer, I was a Camp Director and Pastor.
2020-2022
The Bridge Church
Kids Director
I oversaw a staff team and over 100 volunteers to create an impactful ministry in our church. I developed the spiritual direction and program outline for a ministry with over 600 kids weekly across two campuses.
2010-2014
Florida State Women’s Volleyball
Trainer/Coach
I scouted upcoming opponents and would simulate play against the team. I ran practice drills and training over four seasons as the team advanced to one Sweet Sixteen, one Final Four, and one National Finals.
2017-2020
Lifeway Vacation Bible School
Graphic Designer
I was a lead designer working to develop themes, work with artists, design content, and get it to the printers. From logo, booklet, and t-shirt design, I got to create something new every year with a different theme!
2022-Present
Lifeway Hyfi
Digital Content Specialist
I helped create a brand new line of curriculum at Lifeway. I got to build the media plan from the ground up and helped implement what content, design, and environment would feel like for kids, preschoolers, and leaders with this new resource.
